This built-in automation makes digital signs more useful, while at the same time making them more interesting and easier to maintain.

If you are seeing an issue with your digital sign, what do you do? Well the first thing to do is to try to locate the source of the problem. Is it a local issue? Have I changed my network configuration? Or maybe it’s not a local issue. Is ScreenScape down?

The ScreenScape Status page provides incident reports, upcoming scheduled maintenance windows, application error rates and the historical uptime of the ScreenScape service. With a quick glance, you can see if there have been any ScreenScape service incidents over a 90 day period.
