The ScreenScape GTA event at the Hockey Hall of Fame on November 29 was quite a night. Over 250 people braved the torrential downpour to join us. Thanks to all who attended.
The main theatre filled up very quickly and many of you watched the presentations on the larger screen as it was simulcast into our second theatre. Thanks for your patience.
Kevin Dwyer, ScreenScape CEO, kicked off the evening and set up the activities.
Amber MacArthur talked about the burgeoning growth of social media and as usual had some very interesting insights in her presentation, “Five Steps to Social Media Success.” She shared great examples of tips and tricks and the continued rapid adoption and innovative uses of the social platforms.
Robert Oswald had a unique perspective on the power of ScreenScape and how it is driving the growth of his business model on the Hearing News Network. The flexibility and ease of operation continues to win converts to the networks powered by ScreenScape.
And the impact of ScreenScape place-based media is just getting started. ScreenScape founder, Mark Hemphill talked about his personal, but increasingly universal experience with content being delivered to the right place at the right time. In this case, buying toys for the kids was influenced by well placed marketing messages. And the holidays are coming….
Again, thanks to all who braved the day’s nasty weather. Great to meet everyone.
And if you couldn’t make it this time, watch for another ScreenScape event later on in the New Year.
