How Do I Cancel my Account?

If you’re sure that you would like to cancel your ScreenScape subscription please find the appropriate method below:
eStore Customers (store.screenscape.com)
To cancel your account, you will need to:
- Log in to your ScreenScape eStore account using your eStore login credentials.
- Locate your active account subscription located under the My Subscriptions heading.
- Click the Cancel button.
Your ScreenScape account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. This means you will still be able to access your account until your subscription expires.
To reactivate your account at any time, simply log back into your ScreenScape eStore account and select the Renew option. We do not guarantee that previously created content will be available, should you reactivate a cancelled account. ScreenScape reserves the right to remove old content from our servers.

If you are a ScreenScape Connect customer, who placed an order via an order form, please contact our Billing Department by calling 1-877-666-1975 (option 6) or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org to process your cancellation.
