How to Force your Device to Update its Playlist

If your device is having issues downloading and displaying the current playlist that is assigned to it then you may want to try to force your device to update its playlist manually:

STEP 1: Select the Devices tab at the top of the ScreenScape application. This will take you to the Devices page.

STEP 2: Click on the device that you would like to update the playlist on, and then click on the three dots in the top right of the application.

STEP 3: Click on Force playlist update.

Once completed, your device should, almost immediately, attempt to download the currently assigned playlist to the device. Keep in mind though, that if your device has disconnected from your WiFi network or is not currently connected to the internet, then your device will not update its playlist until it is reconnected to the internet.
