How to Share a Playlist with Another Account

You can share a playlist with another ScreenScape account and make it view-able and editable by another ScreenScape customer. This is helpful if you have someone within your organization that you’d like to collaborate with or if you would like to allow other people from your organization to add their own media to a playlist that you are managing.

STEP 1: On the Playlist page, select the playlist that you would like to share. You can select and share a single playlist or you can select several playlists and share them all at once.

STEP 2: Once your playlist is selected, click on the share icon  in the menu bar in the upper right hand corner. This will open the share drawer.

STEP 3: Within the share drawer, press the + button at the bottom center.

STEP 4: Enter the email address of the person you would like to add, then press the Add button at the bottom right. Make sure to click on Save when you are done. The ScreenScape account holder will receive an email notification alerting them that an item has been shared with them.  Important: The email address entered must be registered to an existing ScreenScape account. 

Once you share a playlist with a specific ScreenScape account, that person will be able to login to their account and view/edit and publish (hardware required) the playlist from within their own account.
