Any number of techniques can be used to mount a screen. Most of today’s leading screen manufacturers follow the Flat Display Mounting Interface (FDMI), also known as VESA Mounting Interface Standard consisting of four screws arranged in a square. Electronics retailers sell VESA mounting brackets in a variety of arrangements with horizontal and vertical swivel supporting various weighted screens.
Mounting a display in a remote location
A variety of strategies can be used to place a screen display in exactly the right location. Important determining factors include where your internet connection is located relative to your computer, and where your computer is relative to your screen. A long internet cable will allow for a computer to be placed at a distance from an internet connection. A long monitor cable (VGA, DVI or HDMI) will allow for a screen to be placed at a distance from the computer.
