If your device boots up normally, but then remains on the the screen below and flickers, then proceed with the following troubleshooting:

ScreenScape digital signage support - Bluetooth ButtonPress and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 5 seconds and then release. Your device should then reboot itself and load properly. If the device doesn’t reboot itself on the first attempt then try this process again. If the device doesn’t reboot after multiple attempts, manually reboot the device and then try this process again.
