ScreenScape takes security very seriously and we shall strive to keep your private information safe and secure. We are committed to high standards of privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose personal information. This Privacy Policy does not govern personal information about our employees, which is addressed by other ScreenScape policies. What constitutes personal information? Personal information is any information about an identifiable individual, but does not include certain business contact information including the name, title, business address or business telephone number of an employee of any organization.

Sharing in the ScreenScape Community. If you intend to use ScreenScape’s services and online community to share content or otherwise engage with other ScreenScape members and customers, your personal information may be available to ScreenScape and such members at ScreenScape’s websites. You agree not to use the personal information of other ScreenScape members except for sharing of content and other ScreenScape activities.

Safeguards for Personal Information. The security of your personal information is important to us, and we use various technical, contractual, administrative and physical security measures to protect personal information that you provide to us. We instruct our employees to comply with privacy laws and with this Privacy Policy. We strive to regularly improve the security of personal information that you may provide to us through our website or via other means, but please note that there is no method of transmitting or storing data that is 100% secure.

Cookies are required to use the ScreenScape service. We use cookies to record current session information, but we do not use permanent cookies. You are required to log-in to your ScreenScape account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.

Links and Other Associated Sites. Our site may contain links to other sites, including sites of affiliated companies. We do not endorse or otherwise accept responsibility for the content or privacy policies of these sites. You should carefully review the privacy statements and other terms of use for such sites. These other sites may collect, use and disclose personal information in a very different manner from this site.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information? We retain your personal information as long as you remain our customer. If your relationship with us as a customer ends, we may use and disclose your personal information as required and permitted by law, to conclude any outstanding matters relating to your relationship with us, to contact you for customer follow up, and to seek your input and advise you about products and services of ScreenScape and its affiliated companies that may interest you.
