How to Set the Weather Location for your Device

Many of the ScreenScape playlist layouts include a weather widget. You can assign a specific weather location by adjusting the weather location settings:

STEP 1: Select the Devices tab at the top of the ScreenScape application. This will take you to the Devices page.

STEP 2: Double-click on the device in question to access the settings, or alternatively, click the device once, and select the edit option in the top right of the application.

STEP 3: On the top-right side of the page, select the Settings tab, and then click on the Location drop down tab.

STEP 4: Enter the address of the physical location where the device is located in the available text field. Once completed, the device will populate weather information from the closest weather station available to that address. Make sure to click on Save when you are done.

IMPORTANT: Your screen will (by default) display the location of the city or town that the closest weather station is located in. For instructions on how to manually enter the name of the city or town that your device is in, see the article titled How to Change Weather Settings.
