How to View the Status of your Hardware
The Hardware Status page provides you with important, device specific, information such as the current WiFi connection status, the hardware health (CPU, Memory and Storage usage). It also provides other important information such as the devices MAC address and serial number. To view the status for an individual device:
STEP 1: Select the hardware icon in the top right of the ScreenScape application. This will take you to the Hardware page.
STEP 2: Double-click on the hardware in question to access the settings, or alternatively, click the hardware once, and select the edit option in the top right of the application.
STEP 3: On the top-right side of the page, select the Status tab, if it is not already selected.
