How to Update the Contact Information for your Device

You can assign contact information to any device item within your ScreenScape account. This can be particularly helpful if you are sharing your devices with another ScreenScape account.

STEP 1: Select the Devices tab at the top of the ScreenScape application. This will take you to the Devices page.

STEP 2: Double-click on the device in question to access the settings, or alternatively, click the device once, and select the edit option in the top right of the application.

STEP 3: On the top-right side of the page, select the Settings tab, then click on the Contact drop down tab.

STEP 4: Enter the desired Name, Email, and Phone Number into the specified text boxes. Make sure to click on Save when you are done.
