I’m Connected to WiFi But My Device Won’t Download My Content

If you have successfully connected your device to your local WiFi network but your device won’t download your published content, then attempt the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Try and alternate power source. It could be possible that your power source is not sufficient to power the device. If this is the case there are multiple power options that can be tried.
  2. Try an additional HDMI port. There could be an issue with the HDMI port you are currently utilizing. Try installing the device on another HDMI port and then reboot the device.
  3. If neither of the above troubleshooting steps fix the issue then there is a good chance the WiFi network you are connected to has security restrictions that are blocking certain device functionality.
