How do I Update my Credit Card Information?
eStore Customers (store.screenscape.com)
- Log in to your ScreenScape eStore account using your eStore login credentials.
- Locate your active account subscription located under the My Subscriptions heading.
- Click the Change Payment Method button.
- In the Credit card section, select Use a new credit card.
- Update your credit card details and then click on the Change Payment Method button.
*If you have multiple subscriptions then you will need to repeat steps 2-5 for each subscription.

All Other ScreenScape Subscribers
If you are a ScreenScape Connect or Smart Box customer, who placed an order via an order form, please contact our Billing Department by calling 1-877-666-1975 (option 6) or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org to update your credit card information.
