How Do I Reset My Password?

Need to reset your password? Just follow these steps:

STEP 1: Go to the login page and enter your account login name.

STEP 2:  Click the Don’t remember your password? link.

STEP 3: On the next page, click SEND EMAIL >. An email will then be sent, which will prompt you to update your account password.

With the improved “My Account” feature in ScreenScape5, you can now change an account’s password from within the media manager. To access “My Account” settings, once logged in, click on the user icon found on the ScreenScape5 media manager’s far-right. This will result in the “My Account” pop-up window to appear. Navigate to the password tab and follow the prompts to change your password.
