How do I update my credit card information?

To update the credit card information for your account please find the appropriate method below:

Legacy Customers

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the Account link in the drop down list at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on Update under the Payment information heading.
  4. Update your credit card information and then click on the Update Payment button.

*If you are using a Canadian address please omit the space in your postal code. update_payment_info

eStore Customers (store.screenscape.com)

  1. Log in to your ScreenScape eStore account using your eStore login credentials.
  2. Locate your active account subscription located under the My Subscriptions heading.
  3. Click the Change Payment Method button.
  4. In the Credit card section, select Use a new credit card.
  5. Update your credit card details and then click on the Change Payment Method button.

*If you have multiple subscriptions then you will need to repeat steps 2-5 for each subscription.

If you are a ScreenScape Connect or Smart Box customer, who placed an order via an order form, please contact our Billing Department by calling 1-877-666-1975 (option 6) or email them at billing@screenscape.com to update your credit card information.
